By supporting your overall health, this program is designed to gently and safely lower your weight. The amount of weight loss will vary. Those with more weight and inflammation will lose it faster. The first 10 is the easiest, the last 10 is the hardest. Everything in between will depend on compliance and the efforts that you put forth. The average person loses between 15-30 pounds in 6 weeks.
Your nutrition in this program focuses on creating the right fuel for powering your body - one that is anti-inflammatory and nutrient-dense. As such, the plan centers around whole, unprocessed foods, including an unlimited intake of certain foods (veggies and greens) with a balanced intake of lean protein, starches, and fruit.
